Born and raised in Louisiana, Harriet has a BA degree in Art Education and a minor in Business from North Louisiana State University, Monroe, La.
Harriet moved to Puerto Vallarta in 1996 and worked for a local real estate firm for a year and a half before opening her own office in 1997.
Murray-Cochran Associates, S.C. was formed in 2007. Her brokerage in Mexico includes second home and resort listings and sales, property management and leasing, feasibility and investment analysis and implementation.
Harriet is an Associate member of AMPI (Assocation of Mexican Real Estate Professionals) in the Nayarit and Jalsico chapters.

Vanessa Lopez is the Executive Assistant for Harriet Murray.
Vanessa is a Business Administration college student and speaks fluently in Spanish, English and French.

Ana. Rios is our executive in the areas of luxury rentals, property management and concierge services.
Ana is a native of the coast of Jalisco, her experience spans several years in the service industry and she speaks both English and Spanish.

Yaneth Rodriguez assists in our administrative and operations areas. Her training and experience is in business management and accounting.
She resides in Puerto Vallarta with her husband and daughter.

Alma Clara Arredondo is a native of Puerto Vallarta. She studied at the local schools specializing in tourism administration and English.
2005 brought Alma to Cochran Real Estate as a seasoned pro in Marketing and real estate sales. Alma specializes in residential estates and lots in Conches Chinas.
Alma dedicates her time between her husband, her son in college and her real estate career. Alma has a passion for cooking, her garden and her extended family of 4 doggies.

Donna Davies came to Puerto Vallarta from Southern California with a background in administration and underwriting insurance in the auto industry.
2003 brought Ms. Davies to the Cochran Team. Her specialty is in the high demand south side of Puerto Vallarta.
Donna has always had a taste for foreign travel and in her youth spent summers in Europe. Through the years she traveled to Greece, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Holland, Tahiti, the Caribbean and all over Mexico.
Donna spends her spare time in extremes – total leisure or thrill seeking. Donna has been a sky diver, deep sea diver and a water and snow skier but mainly she prefer to relax with books, films and music or to dine with friends.

Russell Faulkner has been living and working in Puerto Vallarta since September 2002. With a genuine love of the area, he makes real estate searches interesting and informative, and handles the purchase experience with care, diligence and professionalism.
Russell’s prior experience was in Account Management and Project Management in the telecommunications industry, most notably with Sprint and Ericsson. His background is in Billing/Financial Systems.
Originally from Texas and Arkansas, he always dreamed of living by the sea, and is enjoying introducing others to the wonderful lifestyle he has found in Puerto Vallarta.

Derald Long is a native of Washington State. He is among the few that balance his passion for design and theater with 40 years of a successful real estate career.
2003 brought Derald to Puerto Vallarta when he bought a beautiful downtown condo from Cochran Real Estate. Harriet Murray was quick to see the potential in Derald and invited him to join the Cochran team. The rest is history.
Derald is an expert in listing properties, specializing in the Malecon and downtown condo residences. He has two beautiful and loving children and two extraordinary grandchildren.
His free time is spent in the sun, at the beach and enjoying his lifestyle.

After travelling most of the southern hemisphere Ms. Frost was lured to this placid place by her pioneer spirit and search of a bi-cultural educational experience for her 2 little girls. She did find her niche and has been a citizen of Puerto Vallarta for 22 years.
Her expertise lies in marketing, sales, education and the service industry.
When not assisting in the Cochran agenda Krystal divides her time between her private acupuncture practice, her family business - Organic Select, travel and friends and family. And as much time as possible in the hammock reflecting on the joys and sorrows of life while contemplating the blue of Banderas Bay.

Cyndee Jenkins received a Masters degree in social work with a specialty in policy, planning and adminstration from California State University, Sacramento.
Cyndee's work for Cochran Real Estate includes investigating promising real estate markets throughout the world, while focusing on all issues related to purchasing property in overseas markets.
When not working Cyndee can be found playing golf, painting, or teaching English.
